• Refunds & Exchanges

If product is damaged severely an exchange or refund may be provided on

shipping of product. All sales final on images taken and sent digitally.

• Changing an order

Changes wanted to the editing changes can be made but an additional price

will be added on. For shipping changes must be sent with 24 hours before

shipping if not provided in adequate time no changes can occur.

• Image Preview System

Images can be previewed via contact sheet and digital preview before

purchase

• Copying and Usage

Images can’t be copied and usage will be for use for a year after a year a small

charge will be required to continue using the image.

• Late delivery of product or service

Upon late deliver of product or service depending on situation a small

percentage will be offered off of prints, studio time, or re-edits

• Reshoots

Reshoots must be reschedule upon availabilty and given more than 24 hour

notice of needing one due to model sickness, item not being ready to be

presented, or set drops not being finished

• Cancellations of jobs where deposit has been made

If job cancelation has occurred when deposit has been made funds shall not

be returned. If reschedule is needed deposit shall for reshoot if paid for.

• Payment Plans

No payment plans will be available. If physical photos want to be provided

payment plans can be provided once payments are finished photos will be

provided.

• Estimates that are over or under the actual bill

If estimate that are over or under the actual bill charges may be required to be

paid upon time, technical skill, editing needs, equipment needed or available.

Addendum will be done on site if hours are changed or needs need to be

changed.

• Liability for property left on premises

For property left on premises items will be kept for a week upon not collecting

items will be discarded or donated depending on the item, If item is lost call

my main line to get ahold of me to schedule a time for pick up in case another

client is being helped. If property is of importance in value items will be turned

over to the proper custody either being authorities or owner upon collection

or leaving of item.
